Pediatric Psychology Associates (PPA) is seeking a Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow to join our thriving group practice.
This position is based primarily in our Boca Raton location, with some clinical experience at one additional PPA site to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive training year within our broader organization. The anticipated start date is August 2026, though earlier or later start dates may be considered.
PPA is a highly regarded, entirely self-pay practice with six locations throughout South Florida. We are known for delivering highly attentive, individualized psychological care to children, adolescents, and families within a refined, collegial setting that prioritizes clinical excellence and professional growth.
Our postdoctoral fellowship is intentionally structured not only as a training year, but as a pathway. Fellows who demonstrate strong clinical work and alignment with our practice values are invited to transition into an Associate Psychologist role with a full caseload following successful completion of the postdoctoral year.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Actively pursuing Florida licensure
• Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families
• Strong clinical conceptualization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Professional maturity, reliability, and commitment to high-quality care
• Afternoon/evening availability
