What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Coordinator position at Pediatric Office?
A busy, elite Pediatric practice is looking for a dynamic Front Office Patient Coordinator.
We are looking for a candidate with an energetic personality who is enthusiastic, professional and a team player. Must enjoy children, have an exceptional commitment to customer service and knowledgeable in standard office procedures and possess excellent computer skills.
Previous experience in the medical field is preferred but NOT required.
Salary is compensatory with medical benefits after 90-days as well as 401K paid parking.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in/out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Working with Electronic Medical Records (No previous experience required but must be good with computer systems)
- Providing administrative support for physicians and nurses
- Answering phones, scanning, and photo copying
- Maintaining an organized, efficient and friendly environment
This position is full-time. Weekdays are 8:30-5:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday is 9:00-3:00 p.m. Must be open to working occasional weekend.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
