We are seeking a high-energy, empathetic, and organized Bilingual Medical Professional to join our fast-paced pediatric practice. This hybrid role bridges the gap between administrative excellence and clinical support. You will be the first face our families see and a vital hand in the exam room, ensuring our "little patients" and their parents feel supported from check-in to check-out.
Hours of our office - Monday through Friday 10a - 6p EST
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration
Patient Coordination: Greet families, manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, and schedule appointments with precision.
Bilingual Communication: Provide seamless translation for Spanish-speaking families regarding medical histories, doctor instructions, and follow-up care.
Clinical Support (MA Duties)
Patient Intake: Room patients, take vital signs (height, weight, BP, temp), and document chief complaints in the EMR.
Candidate Requirements
Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Experience: Previous experience in a medical office preferred; pediatric experience is a major plus.
Certification: Medical Assistant (MA) certification or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
Soft Skills: A "patient-first" attitude, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine love for working with children
