Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and other team members

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers
