Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Pensacola, Florida area. About the Role
As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs in a structured, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible Florida SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

Pay range and compensation package
Pay Rate: $47–$57/hour (based on experience)
