- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls or taking messages as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing appointments, and performing basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
