Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
- Maintain medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with insurance verification and documentation review.
- Support medical administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and clerical duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Utilize EMR system, MEDENT, for patient management.
Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse patients.
- Previous clinic or hospital experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
