Your Role in the BDC
The BDC Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Toyota Service Advisors with communication with their customers. The BDC Scheduler answers phone calls and text messages regarding the customer experience and scheduling. This role answers questions and offers support where necessary. The BDC Scheduler maintains scheduling between the customer and the Service Advisor.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound service calls from customers.
- Schedule service appointments for the Toyota Service Advisors.
- Manage customer complaints and questions by directing them to the appropriate contact.
- Confirms customer address, phone numbers, emails addresses, and contact preferences accurately.
- Provide accurate tracking information for department service manager.
- Aid management and other departments and employees as requested.
- A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required for this position.
- Understanding of Excel, MS Office, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
