Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond and attend to repair requests.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
- Other duties as needed in the facilities department such as snow removal
Job Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong plumbing experience
- Electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong guest service skills
- CMMS Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30am - 4:15pm 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation.
