Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Carmel, IN. The Legal Assistant will provide support for the Development Legal Department, including assisting in the preparation and management of legal documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance protocols are met. Additional responsibilities include managing general administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication within the Legal Department and broader organization.
Qualifications
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience working with a legal team is preferred
