We have an immediate opening for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prairie Green. We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive attitude. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests, preventative and corrective apartment maintenance, apartment punch, grounds maintenance, general plumbing, general electrical and assisting with snow removal. Shared on-call rotation responsibility is a must. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance experience and HVAC certification are a plus.
