This position is also responsible for maintaining and ensuring the necessary equipment's proper function and keeping the ground of their assigned properties clean./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""b class=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Cleans and assist with the upkeep of the facilities./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair and make or ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Troubleshoots issues and determine necessary repairs in conjunction with Community Manager and Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance with approval from Community Manager/Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Maintain the ground of assigned property by performing essential landscaping duties such as cutting grass and snow removal./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Ensure common and public areas, such as sidewalks, are always clear of trash and foliage./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Keeping all storm drains clear of foliage and debris./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Ready property for various weather conditions, such as salting sidewalks and common areas./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242;
