What You’ll Do
As the Property Manager, you will oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the community, lead and develop a high‑performing onsite team, and ensure residents feel proud to call the property home. Your leadership will directly influence resident satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and the long‑term success of the community.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 7 years of property management experience
- A current Property Manager license
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices
- Section 42 (LIHTC) tax credit experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
