What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor - Naples 701 Apartments position at Pedcor Companies?
We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. Strong organizational and communicative skills. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; grounds, curb appeal; debris removal; general plumbing; pool maintenance; electrical; drywall repair; appliance repair; and painting. Maintain maintenance shop in safe and orderly manner and record keeping of inventory. Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility is required. Some weekend availability is required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in the apartment industry as well as a minimum of two years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. HVAC certification is required and CPO preferred. Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Laws.
Requirements:
- To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
- To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community.
