What You’ll Do
Bring your expertise and energy to a variety of maintenance needs, including:
- Completing service requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintaining apartment grounds
- Unit punches and make-readies
- General plumbing and electrical repairs
- Pool upkeep and maintenance
- Organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop
- Handling after-hours emergency on-call work orders (shared rotation)
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Shared on-call rotation
- Weekend availability required
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience required
- HVAC and/ or CPO certifications a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
