Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Responsible for ensuring that the grounds, buildings, and common areas are up to PMC standards at all times.
- Ensures that turnovers are completed in the allotted time and ready for move-in.
- Assists with preventative maintenance items as needed.
- Assists with Snow Removal as requested.
- Ensures that the curb appeal of the property is maintained at all times, including the path to the models and office.
- Assists in all other duties as requested.
- Keeps storage and shop areas in a neat, clean, organized manner, per company color-coded program.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in an emergency situation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess basic hand tools.
Work Requirements
- Must be within a reasonable distance from the property and able to travel to the site in inclement weather.
- Must be available to respond to all major emergencies.
- Must be able to provide valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
