We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ranch Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes on ranch properties, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and visually appealing. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and effectively.
- Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and pest management; apply pesticides following safety protocols.
- Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and health assessments to support tree care initiatives.
- Manage irrigation systems for optimal water distribution; troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Requirements
- Proven outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management practices.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems safely.
- Construction experience or knowledge of hardscape installation is a plus.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols in outdoor environments.
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.

- Grass cutting : 1 year (Preferred)
