Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our dual-specialty practice in Waldorf! This is a unique role where you’ll pivot between the professional, clinical world of Pediatrics and the high-end, hospitality-focused atmosphere of our MedSpa.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Concierge: Check patients in/out, manage high-volume phone lines, and schedule appointments for both pediatric and aesthetic services.
- The Details: Verify insurance eligibility (pediatrics) and manage point-of-sale transactions/membership billing (MedSpa).
- Office Flow: Maintain a tidy lobby, handle medical records with strict HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with clinical staff to keep wait times low.
- Client Education: Provide basic information about our MedSpa services (fillers, lasers, facials) and pediatric clinic policies.
Requirements
Who You Are
- The Professional: You have at least 1-2 years of front-desk experience (Medical or High-end Retail).
- The Multi-tasker: You can handle a ringing phone and a patient standing in front of you without breaking a sweat.
- The Techie: You are comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software.
- The Vibe-Setter: You have an upbeat, compassionate attitude that works for both worried parents and clients looking for a luxury experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience in Pediatrics (knowledge of immunization schedules/insurance).
- Prior experience in Aesthetics/MedSpa (familiarity with cosmetic treatments).
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English).
Pay: $22.25 - $26.80 per hour
