Position Summary
Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and secure enterprise and plant network environments. This role focuses on Cisco networking and security technologies while partnering with automation and plant teams to support SCADA and industrial systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical specialist who can troubleshoot complex issues, improve network resiliency, and implement security controls without disrupting production operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise and plant network infrastructure including Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.

Manage Cisco networking platforms and tools such as Catalyst Center and related monitoring systems.

Implement and support Cisco security technologies including Cisco ISE, Firepower, Secure Access/ZTNA, and XDR.

Support Zero Trust initiatives including network segmentation, identity-based access, and least-privilege controls.

Monitor network performance and security events, assisting with incident response and remediation activities.

Support vulnerability remediation, patch coordination, and security compliance efforts.

Partner with plant engineering and automation teams to support SCADA/OT environments, ensuring stable connectivity for PLCs, HMIs, and industrial systems.

Maintain documentation including network diagrams, standards, and security configurations while helping standardize infrastructure across multiple facilities.
Minimum Qualifications

5 years of experience supporting network infrastructure and cybersecurity in a multi-site environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, and enterprise network infrastructure.

Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, NAC, endpoint security, and DNS security.

Working knowledge of VLANs, routing, VPNs, ACLs, and network segmentation.

Ability to support critical production environments and travel to facilities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco Catalyst Center.

Familiarity with Cisco Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, and XDR platforms.

Exposure to OT/industrial environments such as SCADA, PLCs, and Purdue Model segmentation.

Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, CCNA Security, or Cisco CyberOps.
