As a Supervisor for Production Operations at Pebble, you will play a key role in our Manufacturing and Production Operations, supporting production forecasts and driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and direction to the entire production team, while offering hands-on support on the production floor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to scaling our production operations and fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production planning, delivery to plan, production cost, first-time yield (FTT), safety, quality targets, and staffing.
• Provide hands on vehicle support for production associates, demonstrate manufacturing process and new procedures on the line.
• Ensure high production quality, safety, and yield while optimizing costs, resource use, and adherence to best safety practices.
• Maintain the facility and equipment in optimal operating conditions by supporting preventative maintenance and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in the hiring, coaching, and development of both salaried and hourly production team members.
• Drive safety, environmental, and factory compliance initiatives.
• Help implement high-quality standards in everything we do, such as process control systems, key product metrics, documentation consistency, and 5S initiatives.
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives across safety, environmental, quality, cost, efficiency, and productivity objectives.
• Provide feedback to management on issues and identify best practices through benchmarking with other organizations.
• Lead by example in fostering a positive work environment and contribute to making Pebble a best-in-class manufacturing organization.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve the best outcomes, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Test, and Quality departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent job experience.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in fast-paced organizations and collaborating across multiple functions and levels within the business.
• Hands-on mindset – this role will require interacting with production associates, internal teams, and our vehicles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, spreadsheets, presentations, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to communicate effectively with all team members.
• Be hands-on and able to cover for Technician as needed.
