The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the Human Resources department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with questions and inquiries regarding the Company, Resort and Human Resources.
- Support the Human Resources team with Company events.
- Write communication documents for Company’s weekly internal distribution.
- Work closely with our Payroll Team to ensure records are accurate.
- File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assist with record keeping and organization.
- Make photocopies, fax documents, and perform other administrative functions.
- Order office supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all information in the HRIS system and physical files.
- Maintains confidentiality.
Absolutely Required Skills:
- 2 years of administrative experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through skills.
- High degree of initiation and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and adjust to competing priorities.

- Strong computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative software/programs.
- Proven team player.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- SHRM or HRCI Certification.
- Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems (UKG & Paycom preferred.
