Peavy Properties is seeking a strong, results-driven Property Manager to lead and grow one of our communities.
Experience in property management is preferred, but not required.

General Managers in restaurant and retail environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing daily property operations
- Managing leasing activity and occupancy goals
- Driving collections and financial performance
- Leading and developing onsite staff
- Ensuring property standards, curb appeal, and compliance
