Role Summary
The PVS Marketing Project Manager is a critical enablement role responsible for driving prioritization, clarity, and execution across high‑impact marketing initiatives. This role exists to ensure that the right work is prioritized and delivered to improve marketing performance , particularly across Web and SEO , where PVS is increasing our focus.
Acting as both a strategic thought partner and hands‑on project manager, this role will work closely with Web, SEO, Brand, Analytics, IT, and across the PVS Marketing Team to translate performance goals into well‑sequenced, executable plans. The Project Manager will also own and evolve PVS Marketing’s project management approach in Wrike , creating visibility, discipline, and consistency across the organization.
This role regularly interfaces with senior leadership,and requires strong judgment, confidence, and the ability to navigate complexity.
Core Responsibilities
Web & SEO Impact Enablement
- Partner with Web and SEO leads to prioritize initiatives that drive measurable performance impact .
- Translate performance goals and investment focus into clearly scoped, sequenced project plans.
- Ensure Web and SEO resources are focused on the highest‑value work, balancing strategic initiatives with operational needs.
Project Prioritization & Planning
- Lead prioritization discussions across Web, SEO, and adjacent marketing teams to align work with business objectives.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency maps.
- Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and capacity constraints, bringing solutions and recommendations forward.

The full-time salary range for this role is $ 110,000 – $ 130,000 annually. This position is eligible for Pearson’s annual incentive program.
