Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support sales management efforts by driving sales initiatives and promoting products effectively.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Operate cash registers, manage transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure inventory levels are managed efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of working experience in a non-alcoholic beverage or coffee store.
- Must have at least one year of management experience in the food industry.
- Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
