Summary
We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our team during our busy season.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to provide the highest degree of customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (i) answering and directing phone calls, (ii) welcoming guests into reception, (iii) responding to voicemails and sending out emails, (iv) ordering supplies, (v) provide administrative support to managers, (vi) provide customer service to client requests by email, phone or in person, (vii) other tasks as necessary.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Very organized
- Insurance experience (preferred, but not required)
- Multilingual (preferred)
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Opportunities for overtime will be available during the month of February.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
