Peer Recovery Supervisor
PEARL - A Place for Healing and Growth
PEARL is seeking a certified Peer Recovery Supervisor or Supervisor in Training to provide oversight, supervision, and development of peer recovery staff across programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring peer services are delivered with integrity, consistency, and alignment with the Arkansas Peer Recovery Model and national best practices.
This is a leadership-level role. It is not an entry-level peer position.
We are open to structuring this position as full-time, part-time, or contract based on the qualifications and availability of the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide supervision to peer support staff in accordance with Arkansas peer supervision requirements
-Ensure peer services are ethical, consistent, and aligned with Arkansas Peer Ethics and NADAAC ethics.
-Support peer staff development through coaching, feedback, and skill-building
-Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and compliance requirements
-Assist in reinforcing boundaries, role clarity, and professional expectations among peer staff
-Collaborate with leadership to strengthen peer programming and service delivery
-Address challenges related to peer services, including performance, boundaries, and ethical concerns
-Provide guidance in complex or high-risk situations involving peer staff or participants
-Support onboarding and development of new peer staff, including PITs
-Participate in ongoing communication with leadership regarding program needs and staff performance
Qualifications (Required)
Active Peer Recovery Supervisor (PRS) credential or Supervisor-in-Training (SIT) credential in Arkansas
-Experience supervising or mentoring peer staff or similar roles
-Strong understanding of the Arkansas Peer Recovery Model
-Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries in a peer-based environment
-Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
-Ability to operate with accountability, consistency, and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience working within a Recovery Community Organization (RCO)
-Familiarity with DHS expectations and peer services compliance
-Experience supporting staff in early professional development
