What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Dental Assistant position at PEARL STREET DENTAL GROUP?
We looking for a permanent, experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant in our Flower Mound office. The right candidate will exude professionalism, enthusiasm, and extraordinary chairside skills, and be detail-oriented and compassionate.
A minimum of two years of dental assisting is required. Front office and Open Dental experience preferred. Vacation time, benefits, and bonus potential available!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the dentist chairside in four-handed dentistry
- Sterilize instruments and operatories, ensure the cleanliness of ops and office
- Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations
- Document lab procedures and track incoming and outgoing lab cases
- Maintain accurate patient charts
- Ordering
- Other lead duties as assigned
