Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Welcome fellow employees, patients when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Make appointments for patients and ensure the schedule is current and correct
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
Qualifications
- SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS
- Exhibits working knowledge and basic computer skills
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
Salary : $20 - $24
