Responsibilities
- Prior dental office experience
- Prior dental treatment planning
- Discuss procedures with patients and have a high case acceptance rate
- Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
- Track record of exceptional customer service experience
- Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
- A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
- Great administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with dental software
