This is a hands-on role for someone with both operational savvy and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of event catering through to execution
- Lead tastings, client meetings, and site visits
- Develop proposals and event timelines
- Coordinate staffing, rentals, delivery, setup, and breakdown logistics
- Partner with the culinary team to craft event-specific menus
- Maintain detailed event records and billing
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of event staff as needed
- 3 years in catering, event planning, or hospitality management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capable of managing multiple events and teams simultaneously
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as events demand
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Food Handler’s and OLCC certification (or ability to obtain)
- $58,000/year base salary plus Benefits
