Banquet Server for Autzen Catering Suites

Position Overview: We are seeking a professional Banquet Server to join our catering and events team. This role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic event environments. The ideal candidate will assist in providing attentive service to guests at weddings, corporate gatherings, and other social functions. Must be able to work all home football games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive service to guests, including serving meals and beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met with courtesy and professionalism.
• Prepare event spaces for gatherings by setting up tables, arranging decorations, and organizing seating as per event plans.
• Manage the cleanliness of event areas before, during, and after functions, including table clearing and area tidying.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of events, address guest concerns swiftly, and adjust service according to guest feedback.
• Handle banquet equipment safely and proficiently, ensuring proper setup and breakdown of event materials.
