What You'll Do
- Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with IDD
- Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and routines
- Support community participation and social connections
- Help individuals succeed in employment and skill-building activities
- Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for supporting others and fostering independence
