What You Will Be Doing
- Greeting and checking patients in and out with warmth and efficiency
- Managing the daily schedule — confirmations, rescheduling, and filling openings
- Answering phones and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Collecting and verifying insurance information and communicating coverage clearly to patients
- Prepping charts and keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Processing payments and supporting treatment plan financial conversations
- Communicating closely with our clinical team to keep the day running on schedule
- Keeping the front office organized, welcoming, and running like clockwork
