About The Role

As the Wellness Director, you will lead clinical operations and work closely with the dedicated care team. You'll mentor both experienced and newly licensed care team individuals, drive staff development, and ensure the highest standards of resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing and care operations and ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
• Lead policy implementation, performance improvement, and nursing protocols
• Partner with our Staff Development Coordinator to drive staff education and competencies
• Mentor, coach, and empower care staff at all levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families for holistic care delivery
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
• Model curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in your leadership approach
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wyoming
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior living or related health care preferred
• Experience with the geriatric and dementia care preferred
• Prior leadership experience a plus, but strong mentoring skills and clinical confidence are key
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Passion for education, development, and positive culture-building
• Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
