Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing and care operations and ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
- Lead policy implementation, performance improvement, and nursing protocols
- Partner with our Staff Development Coordinator to drive staff education and competencies
- Mentor, coach, and empower care staff at all levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families for holistic care delivery
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
- Model curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in your leadership approach
- Active RN license in Wyoming
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior living or related health care preferred
- Experience with the geriatric and dementia care preferred
- Prior leadership experience a plus, but strong mentoring skills and clinical confidence are key
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Passion for education, development, and positive culture-building
- Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
