Job Summary:

Curavistas Highline Senior Living is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CMA is responsible for safely administering routine medications, monitoring resident responses, and assisting with basic nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Observe and report resident conditions, reactions, and changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide support with basic care needs.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to ensure resident well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of Colorado.
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
