Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to scheduled appointments, social events, and activities
• Assist with errands and other daily needs as required
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of transportation services and resident activities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and care
• Promote a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents and staff
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CNA Certification required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
