Position Description

1. Produce 3D model, shop drawings, assembly drawings, and erection drawings
2. Submit requests for information (RFIs) to customers
3. Provide final checks of drawings to ensure compliance with contract documents

Position Requirements

1. 1 year experience with 3D modeling software required
2. Associate degree in drafting or similar education preferred, engineering degree a plus
3. Knowledge of current building codes and regulations preferred
4. Ability to read and interpret drawings and contract specifications preferred
5. Strong computer skills required
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
7. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills required
8. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills required
