Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, and exterior polishing
- Use automotive buffers, cleaning agents, and tools to achieve a high-quality finish on all vehicles
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process, ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Safely operate New & Used vehicles and equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums following safe work practices
- Assist with car wash procedures and vehicle prep for customer delivery or dealership display
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment and safely operating/ transporting vehicles when necessary, adhering to safety standards
- Support janitorial and custodial tasks around the facility to keep the workspace organized and sanitary
- Follow all safety guidelines during detailing procedures to prevent accidents or damage
- Prior experience in auto detailing facilities or similar environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates including an in-person “test vehicle” as part of your interview
- Familiarity with auto detailing techniques such as team managing, buffing, interior/ exterior cleaning, and polishing enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Experience with car wash operations or custodial work demonstrates your ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently is essential for handling equipment, detail chemicals and detail equipment
- Customer service skills are valuable for engaging positively with clients, team members, dealership employees and customers
- Knowledge of safe work practices ensures a secure working environment at all times
