As Assistant Site Leader, you’ll be a vital part of our leadership team, supporting daily operations while creating a positive environment for our team and customers. You’ll learn the skills and gain the experience to grow into a future Site Leader role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist ownership group in daily car wash operations
- Lead by example to create a positive, customer-first culture
- Train, coach, and support team members to perform their roles effectively
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Troubleshoot and fix/escalate mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety of the site
- Help manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Open and close the site when scheduled
- Track daily sales and team performance
- Be ready to learn and be coached
What We're Looking For:
- 6 months of team leadership or management experience (car wash experience preferred but not required)
- Passion for customer service and mentoring others
- Reliable, organized, and energetic personality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of car wash operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
