We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time facility Receptionist to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby.

Typical Work Schedule is: 8am-8pm and Every Other Weekend- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Role Responsibilities:
Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor. Duties include answering the phone/paging system; greeting visitors, residents, and sales representatives; and receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Preferred Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from and accredited school/college
