The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for conducting comprehensive post–rig‑move inspections to ensure Peak Rentals locations are safe, compliant, and fully operational prior to customer use. This role coordinates quality processes in the field, verifies correct installation of water and sewer systems, confirms grounding and equipment readiness, identifies hazards, and ensures all deficiencies are documented and corrected. The Quality Control Coordinator serves as a key link between field operations, management, and EHS to uphold Peak’s standards for safety and reliability.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Perform thorough walk-through inspections of all locations following rig moves to verify proper setup and operational readiness.
- Inspect water, sewer, and related systems to ensure correct installation, secure connections, and leak‑free operation.
- Check all equipment, hoses, lines, fittings, grounding, and routing for proper installation and compliance with company standards.
- Verify sump installation and functionality, and ensure all systems are free of deficiencies or safety concerns.
- Identify and report safety hazards, environmental risks, improper installations, and quality issues immediately.
- Document inspection findings, deficiencies, corrective actions, and site readiness using company forms or digital tools.
- Communicate quality concerns, recurring issues, and site readiness updates clearly with Operations and EHS.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on quality trends and participating in updates to inspection tools and standards.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Experience in oilfield operations, rig moves, industrial services, or related field work.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, water and sewer systems, grounding requirements, and field safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify hazards and operational deficiencies.
- Effective communication skills with ability to document findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
- Meets Peak’s driving eligibility requirements and is willing to travel to multiple field locations on a daily basis.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
- Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
- Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs.
