Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee commercial roofing projects across the region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on roofing supervision experience, a strong ability to manage crews and subcontractors, and the organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on multiple commercial roofing projects
• Manage and lead crews, ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability
• Support company standards for customer service and long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent (preferred: multiple roofing systems)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel regionally (up to 30% overnight)
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and profitably
