Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator to support day-to-day service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching crews, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service and maintenance calls for commercial roofing projects
- Dispatch service technicians and crews based on priority, location, and availability
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage work orders, service tickets, and job documentation
- Track job progress and ensure timely completion of service work
- Assist with estimating, proposals, and invoicing as needed
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or service management software
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure material availability
- Support project managers and service teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a service coordinator, dispatcher, or administrative role (roofing or construction preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (experience with industry-specific systems is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
