What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing Sales position at Peak Recruiting Solutions?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and building owners.
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for re-roof, and service projects.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and client presentations as needed.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through project handoff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track opportunities, pipeline, and performance metrics through CRM tools.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of commercial roofing sales experience (required).
  • Proven track record of success in new construction, re-roof, and service sales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, metal, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85K–$135K (depending on experience) Commission
  • Company Truck and Gas Card Provided
