Responsibilities:
- Collections: Manage rent collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Property Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of property grounds and ensure curb appeal.
- Leasing: Assist with marketing available units, showing properties to prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements.
- Eviction Processing: Handle eviction procedures and communicate with tenants regarding lease violations as needed.
- Property Management Tasks: Address tenant concerns, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure smooth property operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Rent Manager software is a plus but not required; training can be provided.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
