Property Manager – Full Time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Join our team as a Property Manager overseeing apartments (we have 2 communities based in Waco). We're seeking a driven and organized professional to lead day-to-day operations, leasing efforts, resident relations, and vendor coordination. This full-time role starts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property operations, staff, and resident services
- Lease units and oversee renewals to meet occupancy goals
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Handle resident concerns and maintain community standards
- Coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance requests
- Prepare weekly reports and maintain accurate records
- Use of Property Management Software (preferably ResMan)
Requirements:
- Full-time availability and commitment to business needs
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to represent the company professionally and positively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000 year (varies on experience)
- Average $10,000 - $15,000 Commissions
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
