- Organizing case file information for medical evidence requests and claimant contact.
- Reviewing incoming electronic and paper folders for appropriate actions.
- Sorting and delivering paper mail/folders.
- Identifying and managing medical evidence and forms.
- Performing electronic case queries.
- Handling photocopying, faxing, and scanning tasks.
- Maintaining printer supplies and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Providing phone coverage and other clerical support as required.
- Flexibility in managing various clerical functions.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Willingness to provide occasional phone coverage.
- Rate: $20.00 per hour.
- Length of engagement: September 2026 - March 2029
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
