Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective massage therapy using a variety of modalities
- Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with PT staff when appropriate to support patient outcomes
- Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and post-session recommendations
- Maintain accurate client charts and records
- Create a welcoming, calming, and professional environment
- Stay current with best practices and attend ongoing trainings
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with state regulations
- Active Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on client outcomes
- Excellent communication and customer care abilities
- Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Comfortable working flexible hours
