Peak Martial Arts is looking for an energetic and professional Program Director / Enrollment Specialist to help grow our martial arts and youth development programs.
This role focuses on welcoming new families, conducting trial lessons, enrolling new students, and building relationships with local schools and daycares. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicating with parents, and helping families get started in programs that build confidence, discipline, and leadership.
This is a part-time leadership role with growth opportunities within our organization.
Responsibilities include: * Conduct introductory trial lessons for new students * Meet with parents and guide families through the enrollment process * Help sell and enroll new students into programs * Build relationships with local schools, daycares, and community organizations * Assist with community events, demonstrations, and outreach programs * Help implement internal marketing programs (referrals, upgrades, events) * Support external marketing initiatives (school partnerships, local promotions) * Assist instructors and help maintain a positive training environment Schedule Part-time position (20–30 hours per week) Typical hours include: * After-school hours * Early evenings * Occasional weekend events or community activities Flexible scheduling available. Qualifications * Comfortable speaking with parents and families * Positive, outgoing personality * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Organized and dependable * Enjoys working with children and youth programs * Must have reliable transportation * Must be able to pass a background check Preferred Experience (Not Required) * Martial arts experience (Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do, Kickboxing, etc.) * Sales or customer service experience * Experience working with children or youth programs * Marketing, outreach, or event coordination experience Training will be provided for the right candidate.
