Join a high‑precision aerospace machine shop producing critical components for leading DoD Contractors. We are hiring CNC Machine Operators at all experience levels, from entry‑level to advanced, to run modern vertical machining centers.
About the role
We are looking for operators with all experience levels, including people who are new to CNC and eager to learn, as well as experienced machinists ready to take on more responsibility. You will work as part of a team to safely run CNC machines, maintain quality, and support on‑time delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
Available shifts (full-time, multiple openings):
- 1st: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Split 2nd: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- Split 1st: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities (based on experience)
Depending on your experience and skills, responsibilities may include:
- Loading and unloading parts, starting and monitoring CNC machines, and following standard work instructions.
- Performing basic checks on parts using go/no‑go gages, calipers, and simple measuring tools.
- For more experienced operators: adjusting tool wear offsets, monitoring tool condition, and responding to basic alarms.
- Reading job travelers and work instructions; for higher‑level roles, reading blueprints and basic GD&T.
- Performing in‑process inspections and documenting results to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Notifying a lead, setup person, or programmer when parts begin to trend out of tolerance or machines do not run correctly.
- Keeping machines and work areas safe, clean, and organized, and following all safety procedures.
Minimum qualifications
- Interest in manufacturing and working with CNC machinery.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift, including overtime as needed.
Preferred (varies by level)
- Any prior experience operating CNC machines or manual machines.
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
- Experience in aerospace, medical, defense, or other precision manufacturing environments.
